Guided Meditation Workshops
Guided meditation is a method of focusing the mind, helping to create calm. Led by a teacher, practises can include mindfulness – concentrating on sensations within your body or in your surroundings, or visualising yourself in a specific situation. Often, practises will include a mixture of both, and the more you practise, the easier it becomes.
A useful tool for supporting mental health and refining your attention, studies show that regular meditation can improve symptoms of anxiety and depression, as well as stress and fatigue. Practises vary in length, and are therefore easy to fit into your schedule, whether you need a quick moment to switch off ‘autopilot’ during a busy day at the office, or want to take time to unwind during your break.
