If staff have been complaining of poor eating habits during lockdown, they’re not alone. Recent research revealed a quarter of us have been eating less healthy during lockdown and what’s more, two thirds of us claim lockdown ‘boredom’ is leading to us eating more. Lockdown, while easing, could be around in some form for the foreseeable future so it’s important to think about changes you can make now to improve eating habits. Our healthy eating workshops are led by nutritional therapist Joanne, who specialises in helping people create sustainable healthy eating patterns. Virtual group sessions are available, and all workshops aim to help participants enjoy a healthy and positive relationship with food.
