Sleep Well Workshop
Anxiety and stress hugely affect our ability to drift off at night. With thoughts running wild and the alarm clock looming ever closer, securing a good night’s sleep is just one of the challenges we face. But it’s not just our emotional state that impacts our sleep quality. What we put into our bodies is equally important. Junk food, alcohol and caffeine can all affect how we sleep at night. Understanding the nutritional value of certain foods and how to manage cravings, late night hunger pangs and snacking are all useful tools to controlling what you eat. Taking part in our Sleep Well workshops is the first step to securing a better night’s sleep.
Attendees to the workshop will learn techniques to help them switch off at night as well as tips for getting that all-important deep sleep that helps us feel refreshed and energised.
