Chair Yoga Classes
Sitting down all day puts significant strain on your neck, spine and back muscles – all of which can affect posture, productivity and increase fatigue. And with increased remote workers relying on make-shift home office spaces, all of these problems are likely to be exacerbated.
Our virtual Chair Yoga sessions, which are suitable for all ages and abilities, are delivered by fitness coach and personal trainer Rae Carpenter. Rae, best known for her role in S4C’s fitness programme, FFIT CYMRU, has been working in partnership with the Revive at Work team for many years, and helped launch our online programme in March to help keep people fit and healthy during lockdown. Revive at Work’s Chair Yoga sessions are designed to increase flexibility, reduce tension and boost productivity.
This soft and gentle workout is a perfect midday pick me up for remote workers feeling the strain of working from home.
