Chair Yoga Classes

Sitting down all day puts significant strain on your neck, spine and back muscles – all of which can affect posture, productivity and increase fatigue. 

Our chair yoga sessions, which are suitable for all ages and abilities, are delivered by fitness coach and personal trainer Rae Carpenter. Rae, best known for her role in S4C’s fitness programme, FFIT CYMRU, has been working in partnership with the Revive at Work team for many years.

Our chair yoga sessions are designed to increase flexibility, reduce tension and boost productivity, and are perfect for a midday pick-me-up.
