Nutrition to Support Burnout – we can all experience stress in our daily lives, but when this stress becomes prolonged and unmanageable, it can lead to burnout. In this workshop, you’ll explore the effect that burnout has on the body, why it can negatively impact our eating habits and how to use food to support resilience, concentration and mood. You’ll even get a menu plan so you can put your new skills into practise.

Nutrition to Boost Energy Levels – eating the right foods to nourish your body can be a simple way to boost energy and overall health. Joanne will share lifestyle hacks, which foods maximise energy and how blood sugar, stress, exercise and sleep has a supporting role. Meal and snack suggestions are also provided.

Food and Mood – if you’re looking to boost positivity, clear your mind and feel calmer and brighter, your diet can help. Joanne will share guidance on mood-friendly foods, as well as offer insight into how nutrition, eating habits, hydration and gut health can influence our mental health.
