Self-Defence

Our one-hour self-defence classes are a fantastic team-building activity, as well as an opportunity to learn some confidence-boosting safety skills and release negativity through physical activity.

Classes are led by Mal Sanchez-Jones, a blackbelt in Karate and Kudo (Japanese mixed martial arts), and a health and social care professional with 20 years’ experience. All abilities are welcome, and Mal will help you to feel empowered and create focus and discipline in stressful situations.
