Sound Therapy

Using specific sounds to influence brainwaves, sound therapy can be used to encourage relaxation, energisation, self-reflection and even healing. Different instruments can achieve different outcomes, for example, tuning forks can clear energy fields and balance chakras.

Sessions can be interactive or passive, performed while you are sitting or lying down. As well as tuning forks, instruments include singing bowls, gongs, temple drums and shamanic drums, each providing frequencies that our brain waves and cells can connect to, to promote a state of wellbeing. Sound therapy can be ideal for those who find meditation difficult, giving you plenty of calming sounds to focus on.
