What to expect:
As this video requires sound, you will need to wear headphones. You may prefer to watch this at your desk, or find a private space where you feel comfortable to explore your emotions.
Once you’re comfortably seated, you will be encouraged remove your shoes if possible, and concentrate on your breathing. Then you will be taken on an imaginary leafy stroll and guided through a visualisation to release unpleasant feelings.
